Progress by engaging in battles against other patients and occasional bosses, earning experience to level up and strengthen your character. Combat involves managing your character’s unique attributes, including a randomness factor in dealing critical damage influenced by your madness level. Along the way, you can acquire weapons, cosmetic skins, and pets to customize your experience. This strategy-focused RPG combines elements of horror and fast-paced action, inviting players to develop their character while confronting the unpredictability of the hospital environment.

How to Play

Fight with other patients and bosses to level up. After several battles, you will get a new level and points to upgrade your character.

In battles, the chance of dealing critical damage is completely random and its power depends on the "Madness" characteristic.
