Island Survival

About Island Survival

Island Survival combines resource management and crafting into a puzzle-based survival experience set on a deserted island. Players work through six stages, using match-3 mechanics on an 8×8 board to gather materials like stone, wood, food, and water. Matching tiles collects resources needed to craft essential items such as tools, workbenches, and parts for building a raft. Each stage resets raw materials, so players must carefully plan which crafted items to save and carry forward for future use. Starting with basic gear like a stone knife and campfire, players gradually unlock more advanced recipes and equipment, aiming to assemble a functional raft to escape. The game features pixel-art graphics and challenges players to balance immediate needs with long-term strategy across all stages. Island Survival offers a thoughtful twist on crafting games by requiring deliberate resource management and planning in a compact, single-player adventure.

How to Play

🎯 Goal — complete 6 stages, build a raft, and escape the deserted island.

🎮 Core mechanic — an 8×8 board with 6 types of tiles: stone, wood, food, water, leaves, fire. Match 3+ tiles in a row to collect the corresponding resource into your inventory. Combos of 4 give a bonus resource. Combos of 5 give a "wild" tile (replaces any material).

🔨 Crafting — open the menu to see recipes. To craft an item, you need the required amount of resources. All crafted items (ropes, planks, ingots, nails, tools, raft parts) are permanent and carry over between stages.

🔄 Resource reset — raw resources (stone, wood, food, water, leaves, fire, ore) reset at the end of each stage.
